STARFROMAFAR veered out slightly at the break, chased the speed, bid and led on the far turn then stayed clear to the wire while well off the rail. FRIVOLETTE never far back, gained and bid on the far turn, kept close and then ran on late for the place. LUCKY DAY had an inside trip, bid from there on the far turn, looked a danger, lost whip, and was outfinished. BAFFIN well back, made up ground and came home in the four path. HONEST MARYELLEN gained ground and was in striking distance on the far turn then lacked a final kick. SILVER COURAGE tracked the leaders then failed to bid. MONTANA ROSE clipped heels at the break, was in contention, backed off and evened out. CLASSY FLOWER lost ground from mid pack and faded. MUSICAL STORM led early had the saddle slip and lost the rider. The rider of MONTANA ROSE lodged a claim of foul against the winner for alleged interference leaving the gate. After a review by the STEWARDS, the winner, STARFROMAFAR was disqualified from first place seventh for taking the path of MONTANA ROSE at the break.
