2025 Corgi Race Day announced!

Here come the corgis! SUNDAY, AUGUST 17

Corgi races are coming back for a second round in the 2025 season at Fort Erie Race Track on Sunday, August 17. Beginning after horse racing ends, this friendly non-wagering event is fun for the whole family! Spectator attendance is free. 

Horse racing begins at noon and the dogs will hit the track after the final race. Corgi races likely to begin around 3 p.m.. Fans can enjoy live music and food trucks, and shop the vendor market between races.

Registration for the 2025 Corgi Races will open in May. To guarantee a spot, get added to the distribution list and be among the first group to get notified when the registration page goes live. To request a spot on the distrubution list, simply email forterieracetrack@gmail.com and specify which of the three dog breed races you are looking to enter.

PLEASE NOTE:

WE LOVE ALL DOGS, BUT ONLY DOGS TAKING PART IN THE EVENT AND SERVICE DOGS ARE PERMITTED AT FORT ERIE RACE TRACK.

Fort Erie Race Track is a family-friendly venue, and all ages are welcome to attend. This is a non-wagering event.
